Nothing like something with a good dose of post-rock every once in a while. Here’s Cats on Fire by Denmark’s Mimas. Its from an album called The Worries, which is already out in the UK (Big Scary Monsters), but hits American (maybe North American?) stores in June. Along with the mp3 is the video, directed by Andreas Sorensen. The song starts reminded me of early Broken Social Scene and ends with Mogwai-esque explosions. In the middle is a little bit I can’t quite put my finger on.
